2. What data we process

This website has no accounts, forms or payments, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number through it. If you write to us by email, we use what you send only to reply to you.

Only if you allow it, the following usage data about your visit is processed through Microsoft Clarity:

• Page views, clicks, scrolling and mouse or touch movements; anonymised session recordings and heatmaps
• Device and browser type, screen size, language and approximate location (country or region derived from the IP address)
• The page that referred you and the length of your visit

3. Purposes

This data is processed only to understand how the site is used, to find errors and usability problems, and to improve the site. It is not used for marketing or advertising.

4. Legal basis

Analytics data is processed only on the basis of your consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). If you do not consent, Clarity is not loaded, this data is not collected, and you can keep using the whole site.

Your language preference and your consent choice are stored in your browser's local storage. They are needed for the site to work, stay on your device and are not sent to us.

5. Sharing and transfers

Analytics data is shared with our service provider and processor Microsoft Corporation (Clarity). Microsoft may process data outside your country, including in the United States; if you consent, this transfer relies on your consent (KVKK Art. 9; GDPR Chapter V).

6. Cookies and similar technologies

No analytics cookie is set before you consent. If you do, Microsoft Clarity uses cookies to recognise the visitor and the session:

• _clck: stores Clarity's user and session identifier (about 1 year)
• _clsk: connects page views within one session (about 1 day)
• Other related cookies described in Microsoft's Clarity documentation
• mergen-lang and mergen-consent: your language preference and consent choice (browser local storage, never leaves your device)

7. Managing your choice

You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time with the “Privacy settings” link at the bottom of the site. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. Retention

Analytics data is kept for the periods Microsoft sets for Clarity and no longer than needed for the purpose. Information you send us by email is kept as long as your request requires and as the law demands.

9. Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to:

• Find out whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties your data is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure or destruction where the law allows, and have this notified to recipients
• Object to a result against you produced by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

10. How to exercise your rights

Send your request by email to [email protected] or in writing to Bursa. We answer within thirty days.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country. In Türkiye you may contact the Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
